Haroldo Jacobovicz has always been interested in technology because of its power to transform society and simplify processes. He attended Colegio Militar and later graduated from the Federal University of Parana with a civil engineering degree.
Before graduating, he partnered with three other engineering students and created Microsystem, a startup that closed a year later because of inadequate customers. Jacobovicz later resumed his project through Exxon Mobil, this time to computerize public agencies, and that is when he got the idea to create e-Governance.
With the overall goal of bringing technological advancements to society, Jacobovicz and his team came together during the covid-19 lockdown to better machines and improve the connections people required to maintain a connection with friends, family, school, and work.
He then idealized and created Arlequim Technologies, a computer virtualization startup, in late 2021. He then consulted with major technology companies who helped him create Virtual Computer Arlequim. Provided by Arlequim Technologies, the service helps prolong people’s personal computers’ useful life, contribute to the environment, and optimize costs.
When asked what helped him achieve his current success, Haroldo Jacobovicz said that he and his team were able to spot real problems and innovate new solutions to solve them.
In public management, for example, they have developed a new software rental, operation, and maintenance service logic that has provided clients unmatched tranquility and security.
Arlequim Technologies has also helped clients turn devices into supercomputers with storage, memory, processing, and ultra-speed internet after a local data connection.
